What should I cover in my orientation discussion?

During your discussion with your student check that you:

  • identify which stream you will use
  • provide and discuss the customised item examples you have developed
  • give examples of what you are looking for to substantiate ratings and feedback
  • identify any items that will be considered not applicable
  • indicate to her the method you would like her feedback about the practice placement to be given
  • indicate if you expect the SPEF-R© to be completed as self-evaluation
  • Remember to give your student a copy of your customised SPEF-R©.
